At Jacana interior design I specialise in creating beautiful yet functional interiors that blend effortlessly cool elegance with a bold unexpected edge. I do this through using harmonious tonal colour drenching, rich layers of textures and bespoke statement pieces that reflect your unique personality & lifestyle for who you are today. Our mission is to transform homes with a seamless flow and a touch of the extraordinary ensuring every space is inviting as it is striking.

My Story

I’ve always had a passion for interiors from a very young age and enjoyed renovating several homes before launching a career in interior design.

My career journey has followed a unique path, where my background in healthcare and my passion for helping others has led me to interior design, a field where I can continue making a positive impact by creating spaces that feel as good as they look, blending colour, texture, and pattern to truly improve people’s lives.

Whether it’s one room or several in your home, I aim to take you on a creative journey to help you bring your hopes and visions to life by designing a home that feels unique and relevant to how you live today.

Why Jacana?

My inspiration for our brand comes from the Jacana Bird found in tropics of Africa and Asia. This elegant bird is renowned for building beautiful nests, but with a unexpected edge! Instead of building their nest in trees like most birds, the Jacana does things a little bolder and builds theirs at water level on a beautiful lilly pad! How cool!!

Likewise, here at Jacana Interiors, I love creating beautiful homes that are bold, crafted with bespoke touches, and have an effortlessly cool vibe that’s uniquely yours.
